I am an Israel Institute Teaching Fellow and a Scholar in Residence in the Department of Political Science at the University of Houston. Additionally, I am a Research Fellow at the newly established Institute for Israel-Africa Relations.

My Ph.D. dissertation from Indiana University explored the early relationship between the State of Israel and Southern Africa and different South African radical interpretations of Zionism.

I have published academic as well as policy-related works about Africa-Israel relations in diverse venues.

I have an MA in History from Bar Ilan University and a BA in Middle Eastern History and Philosophy from the University of Haifa.
